When your words mean nothing, I go la la la

So my degree is finally over, I don't know whether to be happy or sad, I am definitely happy that I don't have to spend my days revising but I am sad at the thought of having to say goodbye to the amazing memories and friends I have made (oh and the thought of having to actually grow up and get a job scares me slightly :S).

But for now I am having a good month off job searching and just having a bit of me time, whilst making the most of what London has to offer. Of course the first stop on my 'to do' list was a bit of retail therapy on Oxford Street. So after a good two or three hours of shopping I came across this lovely long style kimono jacket, which I actually discovered I could tie around my waist (two looks for the price of one), I also brought the black top underneath which had a cool tasseled front but I don't think it came across in the pictures.

Floral

Hey everyone...

I hope you are all having a much more fun time than I am, so far two exams down and one to go this Friday and then FREEDOMMM!

Just a quick post today to show you an outfit I wore a few days a go when the sun was still out. This is a favourite dress of mine because it's a girly floral print but at the same time the bottom has been cut roughly which gives it a rough and ready look. I then decided to pair it with my Topshop boots which I think I have definitely been wearing far too much lately but you know what it's like when you find a pair of boots that go with just about anything! And yet again I'm wearing my beloved vintage head band, this has got to be the best hand me down my Mum has ever given to me.

Tribal Necklace

So my exams start on Thursday..eeek! Getting slightly nervous now! But it is also kind of weird to think that in just over a week my uni life will be over forever. That actually means I have to start growing up and finding a job.

So I thought I would do one more quick little outfit post before the few days of cramming begin. I have been wanting to wear this necklace for ages, ever since I snapped in up in the Topshop sale last year and I finally managed to find a cool black jumper to wear it with, you might not be able to tell in the pictures but the black top is actually paneled with mesh at the back. I then put the top with my staple denim shorts and unfortunately tights again because the weather just isn't quite warm enough, although it's getting there!

Little crochet number

So the tights are back on...booooo to English weather!

But I wasn't going to let the weather stop me from looking at least a little bit summery and so I pulled out of my wardrobe this little crochet number. The only down side to this top is when it is actually sunny you get some weird tan lines. I then paired the top with my Urban Outfitter renewal shorts and my bargain Topshop boots.

But besides from the awful weather I did get some good news this week, my boyfriend went for a job interview last week in London and he found out that he got the job! Which means that for once in our lives we can actually live in the same place and get a flat together :)
